How do I set the default download location?

You can input a folder name before you save an image. Consequently, during the download process, we'll create a new folder under your "Download" folder bearing the name you've specified. All the images you downloaded during this session will be saved in this folder. However, if you do not specify a name, our system will generate a new folder automatically for your download.

What is the difference between a Free account and a Pro account?

With a Free account, you can download 10 images or videos at a time. A Pro account allows you to download up to 5,000 items in one session. Pro users also receive premium support.
